“Actively collect” means that I very often search for pcs or join GOs for pcs for these members. I will also claim other members in the same respective groups that I casually collect to fill a set. For example, I will claim Chenle in an NCT Dream GO if it will help fill the set if I’m claiming Haechan or Renjun.

“Casually Collect” means I’m not always looking for their PCs, but I’ll join a GO for a cute pc or to help fill a set for a friend who is also claiming members/hosting the GO. It also means I will accept them for trades.

“Minimally Collect” means I am not looking for these idol pcs actively if at all. I am collecting the few pcs I truly love and putting them in a special binder so that I have a little something from all of my biases. I don’t want any offers for trades or sales for these idols.
